Valentines Day is well and truly over for another year and now its time for us to start planning for the months ahead.
St Patrick's day is a little over a month away and is followed very closely by Mother's day on March 18th.
Then comes the month of May which brings First Holy Communions and Confirmations.
We are now taking bookings for all events, especially those happening in May as the days are fast becoming very full.

New Arrival as Summer comes to an end
I think you will all agree that we have had a wonderful Summer this year and hopefully we havent come to the end of those beautiful days just yet.
Cupcakes By Katie have travelled the length and breath of the country, from Enniscorthy Co. Wexford to Adare Co.Limerick and Killorglan Co.Kerry. We joined Barry's Tea for the Bloom festival in the Phoenix Park in Dublin and we are very excited about the new and improved Douglas Court Farmer's Market on Saturdays. Not forgetting our regular spot in Ballincollig Farmers Market and we are also in Mallows Farmers Market on fridays.
As we have promised many times over, we continue to look for new ways to tempt you.....Our latest creation is the IRISH COFFEE CUPCAKE....available from September 2010 in Miss Katie's Tea Rooms and of course for order!
If you like Irish Coffee then you will love this!
